Location : Mt Albert Service Centre, Auckland

Salary range : Band 03 – $61,466 to $73,903 per annum

Employment type : Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm)

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our

Mt Albert Service Centre

team.

This is a key support role that helps our frontline staff deliver essential services to the community.

What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana

You'll provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the service centre, ensuring the team has what they need to deliver great service.Your responsibilities will include managing meeting logistics, coordinating supplies and facilities, supporting fleet and security arrangements, maintaining health and safety standards, and assisting with general office administration.

This role is central to the smooth running of the site — you'll work closely with leadership, frontline staff, and visitors to create a positive and well-organised environment.

We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and enjoys working with people.

You'll bring :

Proven administration or office support experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Great attention to detail and professionalism handling sensitive information

Clear written and verbal communication skills

A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

A valid Restricted or Full NZ driver licence
