We currently have casual positions available (as and when required), including a variety of day, evening, weekend, awake-night, and sleepover shifts.
Whether you are after a few shifts a week or something more regular, this role is an excellent opportunity to get some hands-on experience but work when it suits you.
In this role, you will : Support people with disabilities as they set and achieve personal goals Encourage participation in daily life and community activities Provide practical assistance with routines, wellbeing, and skill-building Model positive behaviors and foster confidence, resilience, and hope Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress And most importantly, ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!
Desired Skills and Experience What you'll bring Our Central Otago team is looking for someone with : Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude and calm approach in challenging situations A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed A full driver's licence and basic computer skills A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 4 Mental Health) — or willingness to work toward one once you're on board Must have the right to work in New Zealand What will Pact offer you?
