Drainage Foreman

The Role

My client is currently seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman join their growing team in Canterbury, working on several large residential subdivisions and civil drainage projects. In this role you'll be required to supervise and coordinate your drainage crew's work, including task allocation, progress monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety.

Key Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years experience in Civil drainage
• Strong knowledge of drainage systems
• CCC approved ideal (not essential)
• Strong leadership ability and able to motivate a crew
• Health & safety focused, good written and verbal communication
• Competent in reading and interpreting plans and designs
• Full driver’s licence with WTR (Class 2 is an advantage)

• $38 - $42pr / h (Experience dependent) + Company Vehicle
• Guaranteed full-time work with job security
• 45 hours minimum per week Monday - Friday (Saturdays when required)
