Operations Supervisor - Commercial - Tauranga

Our close-knit, fun, and hardworking team here in Tauranga is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join us on a fixed-term basis, with potential to move into a permanent role.

The role involves the organisation, supervision, and daily control of collection vehicles, drivers, plant, and maintenance activities, including stepping in to drive when needed to keep services running.

This is a hands‑on operational role where you’ll make sure work is completed safely and efficiently while meeting requirements such as Health and Safety, environmental compliance, reporting, and general branch administration. You’ll support daily operations, make practical decisions, and keep both the team and customers on track.

Skills & experience :

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Pre‑Employment Health Assessment (including drugs test) and a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal records check. Applicants must have NZ residency or an Open work visa.
