Education facilitator

Garden to Table empowers tamariki to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh kai as part of everyday life. We are seeking a passionate, experienced educator to join our national Education Team as an education facilitator , based in Auckland.

This role is central to the success and growth of our programme. You will work directly with schools and early learning centres, both online and in-person, to build capability, confidence and long-term programme sustainability. You will support tailored onboarding journeys, facilitate professional learning, strengthen school leadership engagement, and contribute to regional and national communities of practice.

You will also play an active role in programme promotion, projects, resource development and strategic sector engagement, helping grow the impact of Garden to Table.

About the role

• Part‑time, 22 hours per week , 52 weeks per year
• Core hours Monday–Thursday, with Mondays & Tuesdays (9am–3pm) key times for team connection
• Flexibility required, including some after‑school and evening work
• Work from home role with regional travel
