We’re looking for a Financial Controller to lead our Finance function, partnering with the Chief Operating Officer to guide decision making. This role manages Oyster’s finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis for the diverse range of property funds / schemes, regular internal / external reporting, cash flow management, treasury, company payroll, and leadership and development of the Finance Team. The successful candidate will Upskill the team, foster continuous improvement, and ensure timely, quality outputs to stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function and partner with the COO to guide decision making.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis for the range of property funds / schemes managed by Oyster.
• Oversee regular internal and external reporting, cash flow management, treasury, and company payroll.
• Provide leadership and development for the Finance Team, with a focus on upskilling and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely, high-quality outputs to stakeholders across the business.
