About the Role
We are looking for a driven and passionate New Home Consultant to join our team at our Orewa office.
Primarily based in the office, you will play a key role in driving the Fowler Homes sales profile and representing our brand locally, successfully converting leads to contracts.
The New Home Consultant works across a variety of target markets, connecting potential clients with land and home-building opportunities
Key responsibilities include :
Welcoming and engaging with clients in the office (or potential new show home).
Identifying and proactively managing leads, converting enquiries into sales.
With the support and experience of the team and company systems, understand the client's needs, presenting the best options, and support them to get the best outcomes for their new home.
Be the trusted point of contact through the sales process, ensuring a smooth handover to the Construction team.
Managing the client relationship throughout the design and build process, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns promptly, and providing a positive experience.
While we currently do not have an active show home, we are likely to construct another one in the future.
This will be within the Rodney area and may require to be staffed when rostered (including some weekends) TBD.

Able to successfully convert leads into contracts.
Passionate about providing an outstanding service and a successful, positive client experience.
Previous experience in a sales or BDM role within the residential construction or property industry would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Enjoy being in control of your own earning potential.
This will be a commission-based role, but an initial salary can be discussed while learning Fowler Homes systems and processes and building a sales pipeline.
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or residents, or hold a work visa with open work rights.
