Bakery Manager

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate Bakery Manager to lead one of New World’s top-performing Bakery departments in the South Island.

Your role will include managing and supporting the production and presentation of a wide range of bakery products—from crusty sourdoughs to sweet treats. What We’re Looking For :

• Industry Trade Qualification in Baking or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed financial performance targets
• Strong leadership with integrity and initiative

• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Physically fit and ready for hands‑on work
