Reporting to the Regional Manager - Disability, you\'ll lead a team of Positive Behaviour Support Planners, and work alongside Service Delivery Managers and the National Quality & Risk team to ensure services are person-led, contractually compliant, and continuously improving.You will be responsible for : Leading the implementation of quality standards across your regionMonitoring service performance and complianceSupporting audits, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiativesBuilding strong relationships with funders, iwi, and local stakeholdersContributing to strategic planning and workforce developmentProven experience in quality assurance, service delivery or leadership in the disability or health sectorsKnowledge of disability sector standards and service contractsExperience managing teams or leading service improvementsAbility to analyse data to improve outcomes and reduce riskStrong organisational, relationship-building and problem-solving skillsPassion for person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based practiceUnderstanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural responsivenessRelevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experienceFlexibility to travel as neededAt NZCL, you\'ll be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team that puts people first.
