As Head of Showroom, you'll oversee key departments including Bathroom, Plumbing, Kitchen, Flooring, Storage, Electrical, Lighting, and Paint — leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional experience and strong results.

You'll work alongside a long-standing Retail Manager who empowers their people, giving you the freedom to influence, improve, and grow your department's performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and inspire a team of up to 20, supported by your capable 2IC

Drive sales, profit, and customer experience through strong leadership

Manage stock, inventory, merchandising, and operational standards

Collaborate with the Retail Manager to streamline processes and boost performance

Ensure Health & Safety and HR compliance across your department

What You'll Bring

3+ years of retail management experience (big box, trade, showroom or FMCG ideal)

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

Operational know-how and confidence managing complex departments

A practical, down-to-earth leadership style that builds trust and results
