About the role :
Support the growth and stability of the organisation, with a focus on delivering on BES’ strategic plans. Lead partnerships, positioning and tender / grant response. Supporting proposal / comms manager to put together concepts, pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
As an Impact and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing new partnerships and leading the expansion of BES into new regions. We work closely with donors and partners to deliver impactful projects, providing powerful technology that has a unique value proposition for different contexts.
You will need to have a high-level understanding and understand all aspects of the organisation including product development and projects teams so you know what we have coming up and what we can offer our partners.
The successful applicant could be based in Melbourne, Auckland, or a remote location in a similar timezone and required to undertake regular international travel (approximately 25% travel). This is a 12 month, part time (0.6 FTE, 3 days per week) contract as a maternity leave cover.
Day to day, you will :
Lead the proposals pipeline including both solicited and unsolicited proposals, using our CRM to track progress. This is often at short notice with fast turn around times for high quality work.
Joining meetings, pitches, ad hoc engagements – especially at short notice and across multiple contexts and timezones. This often involves coordinating these engagements and ensuring all appropriate internal staff are briefed and available.
Coordinate and manage regular webinars
