We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Distribution Centre (DC) Manager to join our DC in Mangere, Auckland. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our DC operates efficiently, safely, and effectively to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
The Opportunity
In this role you’ll be responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring goods flow seamlessly through the supply chain and that customer orders are delivered on time and in full. You’ll use your leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to optimise resources, maintain productivity, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the DC.

You are an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse or logistics environment. You’re a strong communicator, capable of building great relationships across teams, and you’re passionate about delivering results through smart planning, teamwork, and operational excellence.
This permanent role is 40-hours per week, Monday – Friday, between 8.00am – 5.00pm, onsite in Mangere, Auckland.
This is a salaried role, offering $120,000 per annum + 20% annual bonus, paid annually based on achievement of KPI’s.
