Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of cleaning contracts across multiple sites.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Supervise team leaders and cleaning staff, including rostering, performance management, and training.

Liaise with clients to ensure service standards are met and address any concerns or feedback.

Monitor compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.

Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation across contracts.

Maintain accurate records of staff, site audits, and operational performance.

Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Prepare reports for senior management on business performance, staffing, and client retention.

Support business development initiatives and assist with tender submissions.

Ensure continuous improvement in operational processes and service quality.
