The Opportunity

As a Consultant in the Tech Consulting team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities Infrastructure Transformation and others.

This role is based in Pōneke (Wellington).

Your key responsibilities

Brings experience across a wide range of services, including delivery, data, digital, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong critical-thinking ability, quick to learn new processes and solutions, able to confidently articulate viewpoints to senior stakeholders, and committed to delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes while managing risks and keeping clients informed.
• Relationship-focused team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings energy to strategy and implementation work, and is motivated by the opportunity to deliver meaningful impact for clients.

Skills and attributes for success

Bring 1-3 years of experience, along with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results-driven solutions—aligned with our purpose of building a better working world.

Work closely with project teams to identify solutions, resolve issues. Value teamwork, creativity, and driving meaningful change that makes a tangible difference.
