We have two full-time opportunities to join our small, supportive team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for student admissions, qualification entry, and programme planning.

You'll apply a consistent decision-making approach that reflects your knowledge of the education sector while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Together, we provide timely, accurate responses to new students and pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service.

Salary will be in the range of $71,275 to $84,695 per year based on skills, knowledge, and experience brought to these positions.

These are full-time, permanent roles (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

Your critical thinking will be essential to this role as you will be expected to continuously implement business and system changes that positively impact our processing targets and assist students to reach enrolment.

You will understand the need to maintain a high work performance within tight timeframes and will put the customer in the centre of what you do.

Your positive and friendly personality will put students at ease as they make decisions on their programmes and papers in accordance with their selected qualification and the University regulations.
