About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Senior .NET Developer to join a fast-growing tech-driven business in Auckland CBD. If you love building modern web apps, solving tricky problems, and experimenting across the full stack — this is a chance to make a genuine impact while working with a talented, down-to‑earth team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance web applications using C# and modern .NET frameworks (MVC, Minimal APIs, Azure / AWS Functions).
Contribute across the stack — from database design to front‑end work in React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
Deploy and monitor applications using Terraform, AWS, and CloudWatch.
Experiment, learn, and adapt — embracing new technologies and tools as the stack evolves.
Champion clean code and a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.

Skills & Experience

Solid experience building web applications in C# / .NET.

Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (React preferred).

Strong understanding of database fundamentals — schema design, query optimisation, and performance tuning.

Exposure to Terraform, AWS, or Azure for cloud deployments.

Bonus points for interest or experience in Python, financial / investment systems, or containerisation (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).

A growth mindset — eager to learn, experiment, and share ideas.
