Graduate Customer Success Specialist (Start Asap)

Join Figured as a Graduate Customer Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing platform value within a hybrid work environment in Auckland.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Onboarding and educating new customers to ensure a smooth and successful start with Figured.

Collaborating closely with Support and Product teams to resolve customer challenges and elevate key insights.

Identifying opportunities for customers to better use Figured, driving higher engagement and renewal.

Becoming a product expert on the Figured platform and the farming industry it serves.

About You

The company is looking for :

Recent graduates (within the last 18 months) with a degree relevant to Figured's business, including Accounting & Finance, Business & Commerce, Computer Science or Information Technology, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.

A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.

A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about the Ag-Tech sector.

A positive, can-do attitude thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

No prior work experience required, but a sharp mind, drive to succeed, and passion for technology and customer service are essential.
