Drive efficiency and enable strategic delivery across Customer, Technology, and People functions

What will you do?

This is a dynamic and highly varied role supporting two senior executives and their leadership teams.

You'll be the trusted point of coordination, communication, and execution across a broad range of responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include :

Proactively plan and prioritise work to support both executives

Manage complex calendars, communications, and reporting

Coordinate and support project delivery and cross-functional initiatives

Organise meetings, travel, and events with precision and care

Prepare and maintain high-quality presentations, reports, and ensure information is easily accessed in shared files

Leverage technology and systems, and collaboration tools to drive efficiencies across the team

Work with other Executive Assistant's to support each other to build a one Ryman culture

Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture

Who are you?

You're an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

You're energetic, agile, and solutions-focused, a true doer who rolls up your sleeves and gets things done.

You'll bring :

Proven experience supporting senior executives in a similar role

Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and shared file management

Strong technology skills and ability to leverage systems for efficiency

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

Calm, resilient, and adaptable in the face of change

Clear communicator who values simplicity and clarity

Collaborative team player who builds trust and connection

Microsoft Office Suite : Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Shared File Management : Maintaining organised, accessible team resources

Collaboration Tools : Teams, SharePoint, and other digital platforms

Calendar & Travel Management : Complex scheduling and logistics

Reporting & Data Handling : Accuracy and attention to detail
