Reporting to the General Manager (GM) of ANDRITZ Bonetti Co.

Inc., this position is responsible for providing technical support to customers, working closely with local sales teams to identify, communicate, and pursue sales opportunities related to products manufactured or sold by ANDRITZ Bonetti Co.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

Conduct paper machine audits and service calls as scheduled by the GM, in cooperation with sales teams.

Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.

Perform paper machine shutdown inspections and prepare reports.

Conduct blade trials, analyze results, and prepare reports.

Troubleshoot blade and nozzle issues, providing solutions.

Prevent warranty exposure by early problem detection.

Assist in collecting delinquent accounts.

Manage inventories and perform blade changes during outages.

Build and maintain databases on equipment, blades, and nozzles.

Document field notes for quotes and orders.

Perform maintenance and installation of equipment and spares.

Identify and recommend new applications for blades and nozzles.

Send reports on site visits, including contact info and purpose.

Communicate field activities and opportunities to the GM.

Prepare monthly summaries and forecasts.

Identify sales opportunities and relay them to the sales team.

Cover for sales team during vacations.

Manage expenses within guidelines.

Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Maintenance experience in paper or related industries preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to read technical prints.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Mechanical aptitude and entrepreneurial drive.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%), primarily within the Continental US, focusing on Southeast states.

Ability to work in manufacturing environments with exposure to varying conditions.

Good vision, mobility, hearing, manual dexterity, and safety compliance.
