ResponsibilitiesFabricating and welding stainless steel components, including for dairy and food-grade applicationsEnsuring compliance with ASME 9 welding standards and certificationsReading and interpreting detailed technical drawings and specificationsPerforming clean, precise, and tidy welding with an eye for detail and qualityMaintaining a safe and organized work environmentWhat we're looking forProven experience with stainless steel welding (MIG / TIG)ASME 9 welding certification (highly desirable)Experience in dairy and food-grade welding standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong focus on clean, tidy, and accurate weldingOwn tools and PPE (preferred)Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicFull NZ driver's licence (or restricted)Pay RatesFrom $30 per hour, depending on experience and certificationRates can go up to $40 per hour based on skill, experience, and certificationImportantMust provide two work referencesMust pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testASME 9 certification is preferred (if not held, must be willing to work towards it)Why work with Tradestaff?
