6 months contract with full benefits + completion bonus

Exposure in Automotive industry

Responsibilities

Support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.

Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal.

Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes.

Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system.

Set up vehicle ownership records in the system.

Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices.

Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of records.

Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Diploma and above (or equivalent) with minimum 1 year experience in an administration support role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment.

Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.

6-Month Contract position subject to extension, full benefits including completion bonus

5 days week, 8am – 5.30pm

Willing to work paid OT during peak.
