Join a dynamic marketing team as a part-time Email Marketing Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and conversions through expertly crafted email campaigns. This contract position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, automation, and data-driven optimization. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing targeted email strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring each campaign is tailored for maximum impact and deliverability.

Deliverables

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and automated workflows
  • Segment audiences for personalized messaging and improved deliverability
  • Optimize subject lines, email copy, and design using A / B testing methodologies
  • Track, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Strong copywriting and design skills tailored for email marketing
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
