Are you a confident, results-driven FMCG professional who loves being out in the field, building strong relationships, and growing sales? Join HOOP a fast-moving and trusted sales partner representing some of the world’s best FMCG brands, and help us deliver excellence every day.

As our Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of HOOP in-store, driving sales growth and distribution across New World & PAK’nSAVE stores. You’ll work closely with our National Sales Manager and wider sales team to bring brand stories to life and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver and exceed sales, distribution, and merchandising targets across your territory.
• Build strong trading relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
• Execute promotional plans, relay programs, and new product launches.
• Use category insights and data (including dunnhumby) to influence ranging and space decisions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Track store performance, monitor competitors, and share insights with the HOOP team and clients.
• Represent HOOP and our brands professionally, ensuring excellence in every store visit.
