About This RoleElizabeth R Lifecare in Stratford, Taranaki is seeking a Casual Caregiver (as and when required, not on a regular basis).

Shifts include AM, PM, Night and Weekend availability.

Your ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care to residents in a warm, compassionate, and patient manner.Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents are comfortable and safe.Collaborate with the care team to maintain a supportive and respectful environment.

Your Skills And ExperienceProven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment.Minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing) would be preferred, but not essential.Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.A passion for continuous improvement, with an understanding of health and safety procedures.
