About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team based in Albany, Auckland. This hybrid role partners with managers and employees across both New Zealand and Australia, supporting the full HR lifecycle.

As a true generalist, you’ll bring a balance of hands-on HR delivery and business partnering. From talent acquisition and onboarding, to coaching managers on performance, to navigating employment relations, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and enabling business success.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers to deliver best practice HR advice across NZ & AU.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coach and support leaders through performance, development, and employee relations matters.
  • Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance with local employment legislation.
  • Coordinate reward, recognition, and engagement initiatives including surveys and culture programs.
  • Support learning and development initiatives in collaboration with our global HR team.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and employee records.
  • Work closely with payroll and manage HRIS systems

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally having worked across both NZ & Australian employment legislation
  • Experience working within a SaaS company or environment
  • Strong business partnering capability with proven experience advising and influencing managers.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and best practice.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle projects and priorities.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS is advantageous
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
