Role

• An Architect who enjoys both the creative aspects of concept design and the technical challenges of site execution.
• You will play a key role in the design and concept phase while managing the on-site complexities associated with large-scale builds
• Drive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintain existing relationships with current consultants and stakeholders

Requirements

• Registered Architect or Senior Architect with a strong portfolio
• Experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex projects
• Proficiency in producing high-quality documentation
• Expertise in Revit, along with a solid understanding of the NZ Building Code
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
