About the role

Are you passionate about leading teams to deliver outstanding results and customer outcomes? To support the successful delivery of our Lending Strategy, we have created two new Lending leadership positions.

We’re seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to join our Lending team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and develop a high‑performing team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the achievement of lending targets and our strategic business plan.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, coach, and develop our Loans Administrator team to settle loans, discharges, progressive drawdowns and all aspects of loans administration
• Manage settlements and servicing pipelines to deliver on lending targets and customer value propositions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform recommendations
• Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, achievement, and accountability
• Support team growth through effective resourcing, training, and succession planning
