Assist with end-to-end implementation of payroll and workforce management systems, ensuring smooth integration with client infrastructure.Collaborate with project managers, developers, and technical consultants to deliver robust, scalable solutions.Contribute to system architecture design and configuration to enhance performance and security.Support data extraction, cleansing, and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and liaise with software vendors for resolution.Conduct and support testing phases, including user acceptance testing.Help streamline client processes through automation and efficient system use.Assist in facilitating client workshops and training sessions.Interpret legislation, policy, and contracts to configure compliant system solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.About You
You’re a natural problem solver with an analytical mindset and a strong desire to learn. You thrive in collaborative environments and can translate technical details into clear, meaningful insights for clients.
Requirements
Critical thinking, curiosity, and strong problem-solving ability.Excellent attention to detail.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excell or Google Sheets.Preferred tertiary degree in the IT, software, data or accounting space.Strong communication skills.The ability to work with large amount of data.Payroll, Workforce Management, or accounting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
