Responsibilities

  • Guide the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software
  • Deliver responsive customer service using our proven frameworks
  • Guide customers from initial demo to active subscription, through procurement, legal, and security processes
  • Learn and share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps
  • Help customers integrate Aha! software with their existing tools (e.g., development systems)
  • Share customer feedback internally
  • Test new product functionality as needed
  • Lead and mentor newer team members in demos, best practices, and customer integrations

Qualifications

  • Three+ years of experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company
  • Experience using a detailed go-to-market process to achieve product and business goals
  • Ability to learn complex software applications and workflows
  • Ability to write clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices
  • Ability to independently resolve hard challenges
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range for the U.S. is between $80,000 and $150,000
  • Profit sharing and retirement contributions
