Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals that highlight the value of our clients IT services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
• Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
