Pathways is a leading national provider of community-based mental health, addiction, and well-being services in Aotearoa. We’re all about transforming mental health and addictions through our Pathways (adult) and Real (youth) services. In fact, we’ve been doing it for 30 years, supporting around 6,000 people each year.

In this role you will :
- Support people in a mental health adult respite setting, working individually and as part of a team.
- Have good people skills and able to work independently and within a wider team.
- Be busy supporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skills.
- Attending appointments and advocating for people.
- Might be assisting people to connect with their communities.
- Be prepared to do whatever it takes for the people we support - cleaning, cooking, gardening, personal care or helping with everyday tasks.
- Applicants must hold the Level 4 New Zealand certificate in Health and Wellbeing or a recognized equivalent)
- You must hold a current full New Zealand driver’s licence.
- You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
