Architectural Design Technician

Part TimeWanakaWe are currently looking for a Architectural Design Technician to join our team and work with us on a variety of exciting and challenging projects in the Queenstown Lakes region.The role involves : Producing architectural plans / designs and working drawings using RevitDeveloping plans, construction details and complete sets of workings drawings as per the NZ Building Code and StandardsPreparation of building consent submissionsProviding 3D presentation renders intermittently as requiredBeing part of client design meetings where requiredManaging multiple projects and working deadlinesYou will need : A tertiary qualification in architecture or architectural technologyMinimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of NZ3604, NZBC and building consent proceduresA competitive remuneration package will be provided.This role is part time 20-30 hours per week.If this position sounds of interest to you or you have questions regarding this role, please contact Clare Goddard –
