Who will you be working for?

This company has been in operation for nearly nine years and has recently created a new Engineering Design Manager role to lead their next phase of growth.

What will you be doing?

This role suits an engineering professional seeking responsibility for all aspects of design engineering, project management, quality and people leadership in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What will you need?

• Experience in a bespoke manufacturing / engineering design environment.
• Proven management experience, driving creative ideas and efficiency in your team.
• Project‑management skills are essential, as you will be looking after multiple projects.
• Understanding of structural engineering or geotechnical would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Good mechanical aptitude, inquisitive mind, and willingness to “roll your sleeves up” approach.
• Resilient, hard‑working, flexible and adaptable mind‑set.
