As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will oversee the brightstacks warehouse operations for the respective shift, ensuring timely staging of brightstacks at Labelling and other labelling materials as required.

You will also be responsible for leading a small team of 3 brightstacks forklift drivers and supporting the warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.Shift : Set shiftNight shift - 10 : 00pm – 6 : 00amKey Responsibilities : Oversee receiving and storage of brightstacks, ensuring compliance with H&S, GR, and QRMP standardsAssist with planning layout of storage and oversee staging of brightstacks for labellingSupport warehouse teams to meet daily objectives and provide effective training for each team memberAssist Warehouse Supervisor with bi-annual performance review of Brightstacks driver teamsEnsure all equipment is fit for purpose and routinely maintainedWork with warehousing supervisor to insure adequate manningEnsure all brightstacks storage procedures comply with site policies and regulatory requirementsWe\'re looking for someone with : Forklift operators\' certificate with OSH EndorsementMinimum 2-3 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in the FMCG industryProven 2+ years leadership and team management experienceExcellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products (including email access)Excellent communications skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsWhy Join Us?
