A cook is required for a busy cafe in Lake Tekapo.Able to assist the head chef in creating approximately 500 meals per day.Responsible for washing, chopping, measuring, preparing ingredients, and pre-cooking items for chefs and other kitchen staff, while also maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation.Key duties include following prep lists, ensuring food safety, labeling and stocking ingredients, managing inventory, and performing basic cooking tasks like making sauces or salads.
