Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to oversee all kitchen operations across our à la carte, banquets, and stewarding teams.
This is a pivotal leadership role where innovation meets excellence, and where your culinary vision will shape the guest experience.What You'll Be DoingLead and manage all kitchen areas, ensuring smooth daily operations across restaurant, room service, and events.Deliver consistently high-quality cuisine that meets and exceeds guest expectations.Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement innovative menus and food concepts.Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP and WHS regulations.Drive cost control, purchasing, and reporting to meet financial performance targets.Foster a culture of excellence, training, and development within the kitchen brigade.Champion Accor's HEARTIST principles to create memorable guest experiences.QualificationsProven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role, ideally within a high-volume hotel environment.Strong knowledge of food trends, presentation, and modern cooking techniques.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.A commitment to health, safety, and sustainability.Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and payroll.Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and culinary experiences.Able to work a rotating roster across 7 days.Full New Zealand Working Rights.Additional InformationWhy join Pullman Auckland?
