The Opportunity

At Northpower, our people are at the heart of our success. As a Senior Management Accountant, you\'ll work closely with our Commercial Manager and key stakeholders to drive forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting, and financial performance.

In this commercially focused role, you will :

• Deliver timely and relevant financial reporting and insights
• Drive improved strategic decision-making through data-led performance visibility
• Prepare accurate monthly accounts for assigned business units
• Provide in-depth financial and commercial commentary and analysis to business unit managers
• Maintain tight control over Work-In-Progress and Debtor balances to drive strong cash performance
• Support operational managers in preparing forecasts and new business projections
• Challenge assumptions and ensure decisions are backed by sound financial and commercial analysis
• Collaborate with national commercial managers on data and reporting initiatives
• Contribute to solving business challenges, improving performance, and enhancing decision-making processes
