Role Overview

At QT Auckland, we’re redefining lifestyle luxury in the heart of the Viaduct. As our Reservations Manager , you’ll lead the reservations team to optimise revenue, forecast accurately, and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the first enquiry to check‑out. Partnering with Sales, Revenue, and Operations, you’ll drive performance, elevate service, and embody the QT spirit—bold, creative, and unapologetically unique.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the reservations team to deliver seamless, high‑touch guest service.
Manage room inventory, rates, and allocations to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Collaborate with Revenue and Sales to create dynamic pricing strategies and packages.
Oversee group bookings, billing, and travel agent commissions with precision.
Analyse data and forecasting to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Maintain reservation systems and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Foster cross‑department collaboration to enhance guest satisfaction and brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership, ideally in luxury or lifestyle hotels.

Strong commercial acumen and experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Passion for delivering memorable, design‑led guest experiences.

Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organisational ability.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Valid New Zealand work rights are essential as we are unable to sponsor for this role.
