We are excited to announce a new permanent opportunity based in Auckland or Wellington for a Senior Integration Specialist. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across Beca’s enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support inbound and outbound integrations, resolve issues, and contribute to the development of new interfaces that align with evolving business needs.
  • Support the deployment and ongoing enhancement of Workday as our new HRM system and its integrations with Datapay, our payroll system.
  • Opportunity to upskill in Oracle Fusion and Datapay integration support.

About You / Qualifications

You will have a strong background in enterprise systems integration, with a deep understanding of data flows, interface design, and system interoperability. Your hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, Oracle, and Datapay, combined with your ability to manage integration lifecycles and troubleshoot issues, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

  • Proven experience with Workday integration tools, for example, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, PECI / PICOF, and Web Services (SOAP / REST)
  • Familiarity with Datapay or Oracle Fusion integration support (e.g. OCI, OIC, Autonomous databases) or a willingness to upskill in these areas would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to assess system releases for integration impacts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • A commitment to data integrity, security compliance, and knowledge sharing within a collaborative ICT environment
