Administration Officer - Gastroenterology (Fixed-term)Fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours per week) until 30 June 2026, working Monday to FridaySalary band $70,970 to $73,941 p.a. pro-rataHealth New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleThis role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service / organisation.As part of our team, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support.These duties include but are not limited to : providing effective reception servicesanswering incoming callsbooking and managing of patientsclerical work.About the Team / Service / LocationHealth New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
