Te whiwhinga mahi – Our opportunity
In this role, you will be dealing with a high volume of tasks to support the Asset Managers and Portfolio Manager. You will ensure the existing asset portfolio is effectively managed to meet the strategic targets of Kāinga Ora. As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the portfolio, managing the upgrade and maintenance programmes and measuring the performance of the housing stock in such a way as to ensure that the assets are ready to let, customer-worthy and meeting the current and future tenant needs.
