Change Management Consultant

Overview

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant in the People Consulting team in Auckland. You’ll play a key role helping clients navigate dynamic environments by implementing effective change strategies and delivering lasting improvements. With access to experienced leaders, structured learning opportunities, and diverse client engagements across New Zealand, you’ll continue to develop and refine your consulting skill set.

In this role, you will support and lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communications planning, to help embed new ways of working across organisations. You’ll be responsible for delivering and documenting key project management processes such as scoping, planning, and reporting, while actively contributing to process improvement efforts. Strong business communication and presentation skills will be essential as you develop high-quality deliverables that clearly convey insights and recommendations to our clients.

This role is based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of organisational change strategies, including change management planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement, using proven tools and methodologies.
• Design and facilitate training, awareness, and engagement activities, while assessing change readiness and impact through data analysis and consultation with key stakeholders.
• Contribute people-focused insights and adapt EY approaches to align with the client\'s evolving needs across a range of industries.
