We're looking for a highly driven Strategic Partnerships Manager who is ready to lead the charge in a global expansion and disrupt a multi-trillion-dollar industry. We need a deal‑making dynamo who thrives on the hunt, excels at pitching, and is relentless in the pursuit of results. Job Details

  • Role Type : Permanent, Full-time
  • Salary : $95,000 - $115,000 per annum + an attractive commission structure
  • Location : Various offices across Auckland, NZ you're able to work out of

What You’ll Do

You will be a key player in our ambitious growth plan, tasked with hunting down exciting opportunities and securing high‑value deals with building owners and partners. This is more than just a sales role; it's about leading a new era of work. You will manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact all the way to a signed agreement, showcasing the value of our proposition to a wide network of B2B connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt out new partnership opportunities in the commercial property sector across the region.
  • Pitch and close high‑value deals, with deal values ranging from $250k to over $1m.
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities to drive each deal from start to finish.
  • Showcase our unique partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections.
  • Source and secure ambitious partners who can help drive our rapid growth.

    • About You

    To excel in this role, you should :

  • Have a background in strategic partnerships, commercial property, site acquisitions or similar commercial property, including sales and business development
  • Be tenacious, results‑driven, and have a proven track record of closing high‑value deals.
  • Possess strong business and financial acumen.
  • Be passionate about working in a high‑growth sector and playing a key role in disrupting the commercial real‑estate industry.
  • Have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling narrative to diverse audiences.
  • Have a can‑do mindset with passion, curiosity, pride, and a strong sense of ownership.
