About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our BDO Rotorua Business Advisory Services team as a Senior or Associate level.

You will leverage your expertise to drive impactful results for our clients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.You will lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate closely with clients to navigate complex business challenges.

Your strategic insights and financial acumen will be instrumental in shaping the future success of the businesses we support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert structuring and financial advice to clientsIdentify business challenges and develop tailored solutionsConduct high-level reviews to ensure accuracyStay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developmentsSpecialise in technical expertise that supports client growthDevelop strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersExperienceMinimum of 6+ years of Business Advisory Services experience in an NZ CA firmBachelor\'s degree in Accounting / Finance & CA qualification (or equivalent)Team leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, financial reportingConfident, commercially savvy, innovative, detail-orientedYour Future at BDO RotoruaAt BDO Rotorua, we understand exceptional service to our clients begins - and ends - with exceptional regard for our people.
