Senior Project Manager

This contract role is crucial for driving the implementation of Salesforce across the business (specifically Salesforce Financial Services Cloud). You will lead the introduction of a broker workflow, sales pipeline, and marketing cloud, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic business goals. Prior experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services sector will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement broker workflows and sales pipelines.
- Manage stakeholders across different levels, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Drive process improvements and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills and Experience
