Overview

Along Victoria Street in the frontage of the soon-to-open, 1300 seater Waikato Regional Theatre is Hamilton Hotel, a reimagining of a great pub and restaurant for all.

With two cocktail bars, a late-night deli, a public bar and a bistro operating as five different frontages across 1000sqm - it's going to be epic. Function spaces, private dining rooms, three kitchens, an expansive offering awaits. There's Gas, Electricity and Solid Fuel for the more adventurous.

Help us marry our take on classic pub fair in the Public Bar, and in the Bistro, the intimacy of Paris meets the grill of New York.

We are looking for chefs of all levels who are positive, work well in a team, and want to launch something awesome.
