About the Role

As the face of AA at our Albert Street centre, you'll bring a bubbly personality and customer-first approach to every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services

Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service

Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors

Handle tasks such as processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions

About You

Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets

Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly

Is a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around them

Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable

Second language (e.g., Mandarin) preferred but not essential
