Work in an empowering environment where your innovation and creativity in taking people along an exciting journey is embraced.As a People Lead, you will ensure the capabilities, performance, training requirements, career planning, and development needs are catered for to build a high-performance and 'can do' culture.

You will provide coaching and mentoring to staff within the team and promote appropriate business area culture, policy, processes, and standard practices.

You will develop fit-for-purpose and effective workforce management to meet business demand, including recruitment, diversity development, onboarding, and off-boarding.Na tou rourou | What will you bring?

5+ years of people management skills in a previous role, with strong experience in developing and maturing a craft.6+ years' previous experience in a Senior business analyst role with a strong delivery record, including large-scale enterprise transformation change initiatives preferable.Outstanding people leadership skills, ability to develop high-performing teams and take people on a journey.Great understanding and knowledge of business analysis practices, and ability to improve practice maturity preferred.Strong coach, mentor, and ability to grow and develop both teams and individuals.A growth mindset with the ability to drive change through a large organisation using multi-modal approaches.Agile mindset – adaptable to change, collaboration, maintains focus on continuous improvement, and continuous delivery of business and customer value.Experience working in the complex services industry (Banking, Insurance, Payments, Utilities or Public services would be advantageous).
