What you will do...

Be a role model by maintaining clinical competence, leadership and service delivery

Provide coaching and training opportunities formally and informally to the healthcare team

Lead ACE assessments for the Unit

Conduct and support Healthcare Assistance performance capability

Assist with audit preparation

Communicate with residents and their families / whanau to enhance resident care

You will need...

Strong clinical, leadership and interpersonal skills

Enjoy leading and developing great teams

Have a continuous improvement mindset

A good understanding of quality management systems

Excellent planning and organising skills

A valid work visa or be a NZ resident / citizen

A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)

Concise reporting skills and computer literacy
