Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our growing team in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people strategy across a dynamic, design‑led business within the AEC sector.

As HR Advisor, you will provide hands‑on support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, compliance and excellence in how we attract, develop and retain our talent. You’ll partner closely with leaders, managers and project teams to deliver pragmatic, people‑focused solutions that align with our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, providing sound advice and guidance on HR policies, performance, absence and disciplinary matters.
• Support managers with employee relations cases, ensuring best practice, fairness and compliance with employment law.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture across the organisation.
